Vigils are being held across the country on Monday to mark the one year anniversary of the deadly Quebec City mosque shooting.
Six worshippers were killed 19 others injured when a gun man walked into the Islamic Cultural Centre of Quebec City and started shooting.
Here in Ottawa, there will be a display of remembrance in Jean Pigott Place at city hall set up from noon until 5:30 p.m.
Then a vigil will be held at the Human Rights Monument from 5:30 until 6 p.m.
After the vigil there will be a screening of 'Your Last Walk in the Mosque', a documentary about the shooting massacre and the aftermath.
