The Ontario Liberals have released their recommendation for an Ottawa-Area MPP to be their interim leader.
Today, John Fraser was unanimously endorsed by the Liberal caucus.
Fraser has been the MPP in Ottawa South since succeeding former premier Dalton McGuinty in 2013.
Kathleen Wynne left the position vacant after she stepped down following an enormous defeat in the June 7 election.
The Liberal caucus has called upon the voting body to make a decision on the matter in the next 24 hours.
