Ontario Provincial Police say they’re looking for help identifying a suspect who is accused of exposing himself in Belleville.
Police say around 8:50 a.m. Friday, a woman was walking northbound on Highway 62, near the Norris Whitney Bridge, when a man approached her in a car.
He slowed down and, while speaking through the passenger-side window, he allegedly exposed his penis and asked if she wanted to have sex with him.
She walked away, and the man turned his car around and drove away southbound on Highway 62.
The suspect is described as a man in his early 20s with light skin a round face, short black hair, and light-coloured eyes. He had no piercings or tattoos and was clean-shaven.
He is also described as “soft-spoken” and police say he was “polite” to the woman.
He was wearing only a t-shirt and black underwear.
The vehicle is described as a light-colored, possibly blue or grey 4 door sedan, no tint on the windows, no decals with a dark interior that was very clean. The Ontario plates on the car may contain the numbers 653.
