Ottawa Fire crews battled a two-alarm fire in a large three-and-a-half storey converted house on Gladstone Ave. early Sunday morning.
They say the blaze broke out just after midnight, in the Bayswater-Kichissippi area.
By 2:00 a.m., fire crews had the main body of the fire extinguished, and were opening up the roof and top floor ceilings to ensure the fire hadn't spread.
