The Ontario Provincial Police say an Ottawa man has been arrested following a two-month long investigation that began with a tip from the FBI.
The investigation that came from FBI officers in Kansas eventually led to an arrest Tuesday at a home in Ottawa. Two cell phones and a desktop computer were also seized during the warranted search.
Police say 46-year-old Mark Stordy is facing two counts of arranging to meet a child for a sexual purpose online.
The accused has been scheduled to appear in court Wednesday for a bail hearing.
Police say the investigation is ongoing.
