Ottawa Police say they arrested a woman yesterday following a bank robbery in the downtown core.
Police say the woman walked into a CIBC in the 100 block of Bank Street, demanded money from the cashier and left the bank with an undisclosed amount of cash.
The woman was arrested minutes later at Metcalfe Street and Queen Street.
39-year-old Sunshine Madeley is charged with one count of robbery.
She is scheduled to appear in court today.
