Ottawa Police descended on Cannabis Culture on Bank near Gladstone late this morning.
The pot dispensary opened about two weeks ago.
Several officers were seen entering and exiting the store while more were searching the back room and taking photos.
One man taken into custody flashed a peace sign while cuffed.
This is the 12th raid on a dispensary in Ottawa.
It comes only hours after Cannabis Culture founders Marc and Jodie Emery - the so-called "Prince and Princess of Pot" - were arrested at Toronto's Pearson airport.
There were also coordinated raids in Toronto, Hamilton and Vancouver today.
The raid happening in Ottawa was not noted by Toronto Police while addressing the others as "Project Gator."
