Ottawa Police have named a suspect in connection with a pair of homicides in the city Monday morning.
26-year-old Abdulrahman Al-Shammari and 27-year-old Dirie Olol were found shot to death in separate locations Monday. A third man, identified as Al-Shammari's brother, arrived in hospital with gunshot wounds Monday morning.
Police have now issued a Canada-wide arrest warrant for 30-year-old Alam Gabriel Buoc, of Ottawa, on two counts of first-degree murder and one count of attempted murder. He is to be considered armed and dangerous.
Buoc is described as black male, 6'4" (193cm), 201 lbs (91 kg), with a thin build, and short black hair.
