UPDATE: Police have found the woman.
Ottawa Police are asking for the public's assistance in locating a missing 57 year old woman.
Catherine Chartrand was last seen yesterday going southbound on Monk St.
She does suffer from dementia and there is concern for her well being.
Chartrand is described as a 5'6 white female with a small build and grey hair.
She was last seen wearing blue jeans, a green sweater, and uses a walker with a carriage at the front.
