UPDATE: STAFFORD HAS BEEN FOUND
Ottawa Police are asking for the public's help in locating a missing person.
83 year old Marcel Stafford was last seen last night at 11pm on Richmond Road.
Stafford is a white male who is 5'8 and 200 pounds.
He is described as bald with a noticeable gap between his teeth and was last seen wearing a white or grey nightshirt, shoes or slippers.
Anyone with information is asked to call Ottawa Police.
