Ottawa Police are asking the public to help them identify a robbery suspect.
Back on August 15th, police say a man approached a victim who was sitting on the sidewalk on St. Laurent in front of Elmvale Shopping Centre.
They say the man then pulled out a gun and stole personal items from the victim.
The man is described as black, between 19 and 20 years old, 6'1'' to 6'2'', with a thin build, slight moustache and goatee, and medium sized afro.
He was also wearing a black puma sweater.
