Ottawa Police are asking for the public's help identifying two men who were seen near where Nicholas Kim was shot and killed last May.
Kim was shot on Farriers Lane on May 24, 2016 around 9:30 p.m. He died in hospital.
Ottawa Police have released the following video, looking to identify two men police believe ran toward a parked vehicle and fled the area after the shooting.
Hours after the shooting, police had issued a release saying they were looking for Jonathan Ranger in connection with this case. He was arrested in Thunder Bay earlier this month on an unrelated charge. Ranger has never been charged in connection with Kim's death.
27-year-old Katrina Galloway was injured in the May 24th shooting. She and Ranger have a child together.
Anyone with information on the identity of the two subjects in the video is asked to call the Ottawa Police Service Major Crime Section at 613-236-1222 ext. 5493. Anonymous tips can be submitted by calling Crime Stoppers toll-free at 1-800-222-8477(TIPS) or by downloading the Ottawa Police app.
