Ottawa Police are on the lookout for a suspect wanted in connection with an assault in early October.
Police say, at around 6:30 p.m. October 8, an employee confronted a "suspicious male" at a gas station on Bank Street, south of Heron Road.
The suspect then allegdly assaulted the employee before running away east on Heron, according to a press release.
The suspect is described as an Indigenous man in his late 20s or early 30s, with dark hair, and a thin build. He was wearing a dark blue baggy jacket, burgundy shirt, grey track pants.
