Ottawa Police say a man photographed at Saunders Farm wearing an anti-gay T-Shirt has been charged.
18-year-old Julien Clement of Gatineau faces one count of mischief and one count of uttering death threats.
His T-Shirt - photographed in late October - had a message saying "If you're gay, don't approach me, I'll kill you."
The clothing was condemned by Saunders Farm.
When speaking with CTV, Clement did not back down from the shirt's message.
