After weeks of searching, police say they've found human remains they believe to be Susan Kuplu's body.
The Trail Road Landfill has been the focus of the investigation since mid-January, and that landfill is where the discovery was made early Sunday.
At first, Kuplu was reported missing, but detective work led officers to arresting the woman's 18-year-old daughter and her daughter's boyfriend.
Both are facing second-degree murder charges.
Detectives say they strongly believe that it is Susan Kuplu's body, however, an assessment and identification process is expected to provide formal confirmation.

In the meantime, relatives are sending out a thank-you to Ottawa Police.
George Kuplu ends it by saying, "On behalf of my entire family, I give you thanks from the bottom of our hearts. Your strength and courage will not go unnoticed."
Thank-you Ottawa Police for all of your hard work. To all of the people who were involved in search of my sister, your prayers did not go unheard. On behalf of my entire family, I give you thanks from the bottom of our hearts. Your strength and courage will not go unnoticed.
