Ottawa Police are investigating reports of a man offering candy to children in the south end.
On March 24th, two 13-year-olds were walking on Kingsdale Avenue in the Blosssom Park area when they were reportedly approached by the driver of a navy-blue minivan.
Police say the driver rolled down his window and asked the children if they wanted candy, but did not attempt to lure the kids into his vehicle.
When the children ran away, the minivan left in the direction of Conroy Road.
Police describe the man as thin, Middle Eastern, and about 40-to-50 years of age with crooked yellow teeth and a pointy black beard.
Anyone with information is asked to contact Ottawa Police.
