Ottawa Police are investigating a pair of violent incidents in the Capital.
Police say at around 5:00 p.m. Thursday on Morisset Ave. in Carlington, one person was sent to hospital with non-life threatening injuries after being stabbed.
One person is in custody.
Overnight, at around 1:50 a.m. Friday, police were called to the area of Montreal Rd. and Montgomery St. on reports of gunfire.
People in two vehicles had shot at each other.
No one has been reported hurt and no arrests have been made.
This is being investigated as a targeted incident.
