Ottawa police are on the hunt for a suspect after two bank robberies yesterday.
Police say around 9:00am, a man robbed a bank on the 100 block of Sparks Street, between Metcalfe and O'Connor.
Then minutes later, the same man robbed another bank on the same block on Sparks Street.
In both cases, the man demanded money, jumped over the counter, and then fled with an unknown amount of money.
No injuries were reported in either incident.
The man is described as white, 24 to 27 years old, 5'10''-5'11'', with a thin build and dark hair... He also spoke English with no accent.
