Police are asking for help identifying a number of people after a young man was swarmed.
It happened on Rideau Street near Sussex Drive around 6:30pm on Saturday, July 7th.
Police say the man suffered minor injuries during the swarming. His Bluesfest access bracelet was stolen during the incident.
The suspect is described as a black man in his early 20's. He was wearing a black or blue jacket with a black shirt and pants.
Police are also looking for three men who are persons of interest as well.
