Ottawa police are hoping you can help them identify four men accused of robbing a south end jewellery store.
The robbery took place on January 16 around 4:20 p.m. at a store on Bank Street near Heron Road.
According to police, one suspect held the door open for three men wearing disguises and carrying large hammers. One suspect also used an aerosol can to light a small torch.
The suspects then smashed the display cases, making off different types of jewellery.
There were no injuries.
The suspects are described as follows:
Suspect #1, who initially enters, is described as being a male, Middle Eastern descent, short dark hair, some facial hair, having a dark moustache, a short beard and a pinch between his lower lip and chin. He wore dark sunglasses, a large watch on right wrist, a winter coat with large fur trim hood, dark pants and shoes.
Suspect # 2 was masked. He wore a dark light weight Adidas jacket, with dark green stripes on sleeves, with a hood up, black shoes, black gloves, white socks. He carried a large duffel bag, black or grey.
Suspect # 3 was masked. He is described as being a light-skinned male. He wore grey track pants, with a black thick stripe on lower portion of the outer pant leg near the ankle, black gloves and black shoes. He carried a black and grey knapsack.
Suspect #4 was masked. He is described as a light skinned male. He wore black sweatpants with a white stripe down the leg, a red/black jacket with a hood, black gloves. He carried a red Goodlife bag.
