Ottawa Police are hoping you can help them identify a man wanted in connection with a break-in at a home in Sandy Hill.
On August 22nd at around 1:00 a.m., police say a man took a handful of items after breaking into a home on Nelson Street, between Osgoode Street and Templeton Street, but took off after realizing someone was home.
According to police, a stolen card was used by the alleged thief not long after the break-in.
The suspect is described as a black man, between 18 and 25 years old, 5'8" to 5'10" with a thin build. At the time, he was wearing a black jacket, black pants, beige high top shoes and a black ball cap with a Nike logo on the side.
