MRC des Collines Police say a 28-year-old man has been arrested and charged with arson, after a fire in Quyon Saturday morning.
It happened around 5:40 a.m. at 15 Chemin Du Cerfeuil, on the shores of Pontiac Bay. The home and a shed were damaged.
Police say the suspect, who lives in the area, is known to them.
Éric Lortie is also facing charges of illegal possession of a firearm and careless storage of a firearm.
Police say he'll be undergoing a psychiatric evaluation.
