Fire crews battled a blaze in Ottawa's west end Thursday.
A fire broke out at a home on Gold Crescent near Queensview Drive just before 9 a.m.
Ottawa fire says the fire reportedly started in the basement of a split level home.
Two occupants safely evacuated without injuries.
There is no word on cost of damages.
