Earthquakes Canada says a small earthquake was detected Monday afternoon near Gatineau.

At this time, there are no reports of damage, and Earthquakes Canada says none would be expected.
The minor tremblor was felt just before 5:00 p.m. An email to CFRA says it was felt in Orléans. Other local residents took to Twitter to say they felt the ground shake.
