Gatineau Police say three men have been arrested in connection with a violent robbery last week.
Police say the alleged victims--who knew their attackers--went to meet the three suspects just before 7:30 p.m. July 12, in the area of Boulevard des Affaires and Avenue des Enterprises, not far from the intersection of Highway 50 and Labrosse.
Police claim a confrontation broke out at the meeting, and the victims--two of whom remain in hospital--were seriously hurt.
Yannick Lamothe and Sylvain Trépanier were arrested Tuesday. Patrick Fisher-Lapensée was arrested Wednesday morning.
Each is facing charges of armed robbery and aggravated assault.
