Three people have been displaced after a basement fire in Aylmer.
Gatineau Fire responded at around 10:30p.m. after the owners of the two storey home were woken up by the smoke alarm.
Firefighters arrived at Rue de Sulky and the fire was quickly controlled.
Damage is estimated to be at $42,820.
The situation was deemed under control at around 11:30p.m.
No injuries are being reported.
