Zaiwen Sun. was last seen around 9 a.m. yesterday on Somerset West downtown. Hes described as an Asian male and is five feet tall with a slim build. He was last seen wearing a heavy black coat, blue and yellow sneakers, a red watch, golf hat, and faded blue jeans.
Ottawa Police say they have located a missing 70-year-old man.
Zaiwen Sun was last seen around 9 a.m. Wednesday on Somerset West downtown.
He did not speak English and is not familiar with the City of Ottawa.
