Ottawa Police say 19-year-old D'Andre Darrington turned himself in today, and is now in custody.
Police say he will appear in court tomorrow morning.
Three other suspects remain unidentified and are still at large.

Ottawa Police have issued an arrest warrant for a 19-year-old man in connection with a pair of smash-and-grab robberies last October.
In both cases, four men are accused of smashing displays and taking off with merchandise at jewellery stores at the Hazeldean Mall, on October 27, 2016 and on Greenbank near Fallowfield on October 28, 2016.
Police said Monday they are seeking D'Andre Darrington on two counts each of robbery, conspiracy, and wearing a disguise in connection with these robberies.
Darrington is described as black, six feet tall, approximately 150 pounds with a thin build, brown eyes and curly black hair.
Three other suspects remain unidentified and are still at large.
