Ottawa Police say there will be no charges in connection with an altercation between a cyclist and a driver that was filmed and posted online.
A video shot in the downtown core shows a heated altercation Video, sent in by a CFRA listener to Kristy Cameron at the Newsfeed, shows a driver in a silver car and a cyclist reportedly getting into a heated argument on the corner of Bronson and Slater on Wednesday.
It's unclear what happened before the camera began rolling, but it begins with a cyclist standing in front of a silver car, shouting. The driver, clearly frustrated that the cyclist won’t move out of the way, then puts the car into drive and starts slowly rolling - pushing the cyclist forward.
Police say there was an investigation into the incident, but the complainant did not wish to pursue charges.
