Ontario Provincial Police have identified a young man who was killed after a head-on crash on the 401 east of Morrisburg.
Police say that an eastbound car entered the westbound lanes of the highway at around 9:37 a.m. Wednesday, striking a westbound tractor trailer. The reason the car crossed the median is under investigation.
The driver of the car, who was alone in the vehicle, was killed.
He's been identified as 17-year-old Joshua Seguin, of North Glengarry.
The driver of the tractor trailer was physically unhurt.
A stretch of westbound traffic on the 401, between Upper Canada Road and County Road 31, was closed for several hours for the investigation but has since reopened.
