A small protest of self-identified community activists has wrapped up outside the Canada Post processing facility on Sandford Fleming Ave. near Riverside and Industrial.
This follows a similar incident Monday.
The demonstrators, some of whom were holding a banner for the so-called "Revolutionary Communist Party," were protesting the Trudeau government's decision to legislate striking postal workers back to work.
Supporters from some other unions were also there, as well as some retired postal workers.
Current Canada Post employees were not among the demonstrators.
Ottawa Police were on scene monitoring the demonstration. A police spokesperson says some people were arrested and charges are pending. Others were spoken to and released at the scene.
The protest started in the early morning hours Wednesday, and wrapped up by about 8:00 a.m.
