Arson is suspected after Ottawa Fire crews battled three separate fires in the east end.
The first saw crews called to 253 Deschamps Ave. in Vanier at around 12:10 a.m.
Firefighters say the building is a 3-storey home under renovation.
No injuries have been reported, and the cause of the fire has not yet been determined.
Then, not even an hour later, calls came in for a second working fire in Vanier, at a home at 209 Ste. Anne Ave.
Firefighters say an exterior staircase caught fire, and it spread to the roof of the building.
One man was rescued from the second floor and suffered minor injuries.
Then, fire crews were called to 270 Montreal Road after a blaze broke out at an empty building there, just before 3:30 a.m.
A GoFundMe has been set up for at least one of the victims of the fires.
