Ottawa Police have confirmed the identities of two people found dead in the west end on Monday as they investigate a triple shooting.
The first body was discovered in the Elmhurst Park area at about 8:30 a.m..
He was 26-year-old Abdulrahman Al-Shammari.
Later, the body of 27-year-old Dirie Olol was found in a vehicle on Wayne Avenue.
The vehicle had been left running for hours.
The Major Crime Unit is calling on anyone who may have been in the area between 6 and 8 a.m. Monday to report anything suspicious.
The investigation started with a man showing up just after 7 a-m at the Queensway Carleton hospital with gunshot wounds.
Al-Shammari's remains were found while officers investigated the shooting.
