Ottawa Police have identified the victim of the city's second homicide of 2017.
Police say 24-year-old Devon Labelle, of Ottawa, was stabbed on Montreal Road near Bégin Street around 3:20 p.m. Thursday. He died of his injuries in hospital.
Labelle is known to police.
The Major Crime Unit is investigating; they do not believe the incident was random.
No one is in custody at this time.
