The Welland Jackfish has entered into a 10-year partnership with a Beamsville-based brewery.
The Jackfish, a team with the Intercounty Baseball League, says Newark Brewing Company will continue to serve up its official beer called 'Pond Water Lager.'
The renewed partnership will also see a new pavilion, with a group zone and a 40-foot shipping container Tackle Box merchandise store.
“We are so happy to renew this partnership with such an amazing Niagara-based brewery,” said Jackfish Majority Owner and President, Ryan Harrison. “Pond Water Lager will be returning along with a few new options from our friends at Newark”.
The new group zone will feature a VIP ticket which includes two hot food items, three Newark beverages or Pepsi products, unlimited water, unlimited popcorn, and a limited-edition Jackfish hat for $40.
Tickets for the new area will go on sale April 1st.
