It’s the final weekend to see the Changing of the Guard Ceremony on Parliament Hill. The daily performances at 10:00 a.m. come to an end Friday, August 25. The final performances at 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. at Rideau Hall end Thursday, August 24.

One of the oldest agricultural fairs in Ontario returns. The Vankleek Hill Fair is on Thursday to Sunday. See cattle and horse shows, the flower and home craft displays. The demolition derby is always a highlight of the fair and is held on Saturday evening. A petting zoo is also available for visitors of all ages and there will also be a midway and musical entertainment.
