The grocery store was slapped with a fine last Spring after it remained open on Good Friday against city bylaw.
Last month, the Ontario Municipal Board overturned an Ottawa District and Labour Council appeal of city council's vote giving the Glebe tourist designation similar to the Byward Market and the Rideau Centre.
Sporting Life will also remain closed.
