Ottawa Police say a 51-year-old man is facing charges in connection with a stabbing east of Lower Town.
Police were called to a bike path on North River Road at around 2:15 p.m. Monday.
A 24-year-old man was found with stab wounds and taken to hospital.
He has since been treated and released.
