Ottawa Fire received multiple 9-1-1 calls at around 1:15a.m. of flames being visible inside a row house on Craig Henry Dr.
The building was unoccupied when firefighters arrived.
The fire was contained to the first floor and was deemed under control at around 1:30a.m.
No injuries are being reported.
A fire investigator is on scene to determine the cause of the fire.
