A garbage container fire brought Ottawa Fire crews to a highrise at 1065 Ramsey Cres. early Saturday morning.
Fire crews received 911 calls for the blaze around 12:40 a.m., reporting visible smoke on multiple floors of the building.
They found the garbage container burning when they arrived, moved it outside, and had the blaze under control just before 1:00 a.m.
Fire crews remain on the scene to ventilate the building.
