Ottawa Police have charged a 26-year-old man who worked at the Ottawa Hospital with one count of voyeurism.
Police allege the suspect, who was employed at the General campus, was taking a video of a woman in a change room.
The Ottawa Hospital confirms the employee has been dismissed.
In a statement, the Hospital says "the hospital and affected employee reported this incident to police immediately and are cooperating with them on the investigation. The incident occurred in a controlled access locker room to which a small number of employees had access. We are reaching out to those employees and have assigned security to the room in question."
The Ottawa Hospital adds they are conducting a review of all locker and changing facilities to ensure their safety and security.
Ottawa Police say Joseph Gervais is due in court February 12.
The Ottawa Police Investigators are concerned there may be additional victims and is asking the public to contact them if they have any further information regarding this incident or others.
