A terror suspect in the capital has been taken into custody for breaching release conditions a second time, according to his lawyer.
Tevis Gonyou-McLean's lawyer Biagio Del Greco confirmed McLean was arrested Saturday morning over curfew breaches.
"I can't provide any further comment as I was not in court with him (Sunday) morning, and have not seen any of the allegations yet, including the nature of the actual charges," he said in an email to CFRA News Sunday evening.
This comes only days after the 24-year-old had been released again following an arrest for breaching conditions.
The RCMP had Gonyou-McLean arrested in September over fears he would engage in terrorism domestically or abroad. He was charged with uttering threats to cause death or bodily harm and released on bail while RCMP sought a peace bond to limit and track his activity.
