Two people have been arrested following a raid on a marijuana dispensary in Vanier.
Ottawa Police say they executed a warrant at 274 Montreal Road on Friday, December 30, 2016. A man and a woman were arrested without incident.
They're both charged with drug possession and trafficking and possession of the proceeds of crime.
The suspects are not being named at this time, police say, to protect the integrity of the ongoing investigation.
Police also seized quantities of marijuana, THC concentrate, THC candies, THC gummies, THC pills, drug packaging and scales, cell phones, and an undisclosed amount of Canadian currency.
Police say illegal storefront marijuana dispensaries will continue to be subject to investigation.
