Ottawa Police are looking for a man in his late thirties after allegedly luring a young girl at a park on Dow Street in Metcalfe.
Police say the man was carrying a binder and offered her money.
The girl refused and left the scene.
Police are looking for a man in his late thirties driving a dark coloured 4-door Sedan with a dent in the driver side door.
Police are investigating the incident.
