Ottawa Police have seized a gun after a weekend brawl in the Carlington area.
Officers were called to Mayview Avenue following a report after 11 Saturday morning of a man spotted walking down the road carrying a baseball bat and suffering from injuries.
Police say they discovered the man was actually carrying a long rifle and had been in a fight with another man.
59 year old Pierre Francois Houle was charged with possession of a weapon and possession of a firearm without a licence.
Police are still searching for the second suspect.
