Ottawa Police are sending out a warning to people in the east end to be vigilant.
Between July 7th and 31st, there have been four reports of a man riding by on a bicycle and touching women inappropriately.
In each case the description of the man has been the same...
A white or middle-eastern man, 16 to 26 years old, between 5'7" and 5'9", with a slim build, brown eyes, brown hair, and a tan complexion.
