Ottawa Paramedics say they responded to a multi-vehicle crash early Friday morning, just after 2:30 a.m.
They say the collision happened at Russell Rd. and Ramsayville Rd., in the south end near Hunt Club Rd.
A 19-year-old man and a 20-year-old man both suffered spinal injuries.
Paramedics immobilized them and transported the men to hospital, where they are now in stable condition.
