Wreaths Across Canada places a wreath on the headstone of thousands of fallen military members at the Ottawa cemetery.

The ceremony is held every year on the first Sunday of December. It was first held in Ottawa in 2011.
Wreaths Across Canada encourages Canadians to place balsam wreaths at the headstones of Veterans across the country during the holidays. Organizers hope that one day wreaths will be laid on all of the headstones for service men and women buried at military cemeteries in Canada.
